Since 2015 I have been training Krav Maga. Actually I just wanted to have a look, because I was curious and heard a lot about this effective self-defense technique. But already after the first trial training I was enthusiastic and stayed. After a short time I wanted to train not only once a week. It is a pure self-defense technique, but the way Krav Maga is taught is fascinating. I also think it’s great that elements from different martial arts are used and that you can physically exhaust yourself. So you have everything you need: self-defense, fitness and self-discipline.
