Due to the high demand, we have significantly expanded our offers and timetables overall. For example, in Bergisch-Gladbach we offer an Open Class on Wednesdays and a children’s training and teenager training on Thursdays. In addition, we now offer Fighting-Basics-Training on Fridays in Cologne-Deutz and Law Enforcement for police officers in Cologne-Ehrenfeld. Also in Frechen we are still every Monday – just to name a few innovations – we are looking forward to many cool trainings with you.
