4.4 Very close distance

Stage 1: Your Body Defense consists of making you heavy and moving your hip away from the attacker. Thereby you pull your hands in front of your abdomen.

Stage 2: Because you have moved your hip back, you have room to shovel now with your hands from bottom to top, into the genital area of the attacker. So that the attacker does not increase the distance to hit or kick you, after you have hit him in the genital area (lashing blow), use both hands to secure his shoulder blades and thus also clasp the attacker. Now pull your knee firmly into the attacker’s genital area. Careful, his head will be pushed forward and you have to bring your upper body out to the side, out of the line of attack.
