The special thing about Krav Maga is that it does not depend on size or strength to be able to defend yourself effectively as a woman. The techniques are essentially no different from the mixed training, but the structure of this seminar is different. Women are usually exposed to different attacks than men. This is not only about sexual assault but also about other threatening and attacking situations. We show you how women can defend themselves in the best possible way. No woman is a victim and men who think that women can’t defend themselves will soon be proven wrong!
Almost every day there are reports in the media about assaults on women. We receive more and more requests for effective self-defense at the Krav Maga Institute, because here the defenses are practiced not only against one, but also several attackers under artificial stress through intuitive reactions. The credo here is: “Always be a hard target”! Flee or fight, never freeze and woman learns in this seminar to defend herself “unfairly” according to all rules!
The participants learn:
– Recognize and avoid danger early on
– Techniques and tactics for effective self-defense
– Uncompromising action without rules in case of emergency
– Scenario training under artificial stress
The course is suitable for all women from the age of 18 (from the age of 16 accompanied by a parent or guardian or with a declaration of consent). No previous experience is required.
