More Informations HERE

The children and teenagers were divided into 3 groups:

  • Kiddies (3,5 – 6 years)
  • Kids (7 – 10 years)
  • Teenagers (11-16 years)

We are training again in our Krav Maga school bus!

This is about healthy self-assessment and developing your own skills in self-defence situations for yourself but also for others with the background of civil courage! It’s about strengthening self-confidence and teaching behavioural patterns for conflict resolution!

Because the focus is on fun, your child will improve their own safety, coordination and physical fitness through play.

This not only strengthens attention, but also self-confidence! KRAV MAGA is always about prevention.

Krav Maga training for children and young people is about healthy self-assessment and developing your own skills in self-defence situations for yourself, but also for others with the background of civil courage! The aim is to strengthen your child’s self-confidence and to teach behaviour for conflict resolution! In our camp, your child will learn to assert themselves together with others in a team and also on their own. In this compact course, we train modern self-defence with children and teenagers in a playful but serious way. Specially trained instructors will help your child to master the challenges.
