Krav Maga Camp for Kids and Teens from 03.04.-06.04.2023

Holidays – Self-defence camp for kids and teens

During the next Easter holidays in NRW, we will start the Kids and Teenage Camp season with a Krav Maga Camp for children from the age of 4.

The little participants will once again go on the school bus for efficient situation training – what do you do when you are approached by peers or harassed by older people… Self-assertion and a strong appearance are the top priorities here!
The camp is suitable for newcomers as well as experienced kids and teenagers. In 4 days, the kids and teenagers learn all the important principles of self-defence and de-escalation and deepen the content they have already learned.
On the last day of the camp, we invite parents to join us and experience the progress of their children!
As in each of our camps, there is a so-called Krav Maga level test on the last day. Here the children can put their own level of knowledge to the test – earned and not given – is the programme here!

Secure your child one of the limited and coveted places for our autumn camp in Cologne-Deutz.
With us, the kids and teenagers move all day, laugh, learn and assert themselves in training. This is how they develop themselves and their self-confidence, come home balanced and, above all, safe.

The contents from this compact seminar on self-assertion in the holidays

The modern self-assertion lessons for children from the age of 4 teach a healthy self-assessment of one’s own abilities. The aim is to strengthen self-confidence and teach behavioural patterns for conflict management! Precisely because the focus is on fun, your child improves their own safety, coordination and physical fitness through play. This not only strengthens attention, but also self-confidence! Krav Maga is always about prevention. We therefore teach your child above all to avoid physical confrontations and conflicts and to appear self-confident.

The Krav Maga Institute focuses on holistic safety and self-defence training for toddlers and children:

  • Perception/prevention
  • De-escalation
  • Escape strategies
  • Self-defence against peers
  • Self-defence against “stronger ones

Krav Maga is based on such simple and intuitive movements that it is independent of physical strength or size. Moreover, children do not need years of training to be able to use this method of self-defence. From the very first lesson, our techniques can be used even in stressful situations, and after a few weeks our participants already feel more confident and self-assured. An important topic besides self-defence is also self-assertion. Above all, children and teenagers learn to appear self-confident and not to be a victim right from the start. Our training also trains the Kids an Teenagers coordination and fitness.

Parents always worry a lot about their children, especially their daughters. Girls in particular are still considered vulnerable and therefore easy victims. It is not by chance that the saying “You fight like a girl” comes up. But girls do not have to be easy victims! Girls and young women can defend themselves – even against bigger, older and stronger men!

Our self-assertion and self-defence compact course during the holidays prepares children and young people for possible attacks and assaults, especially in everyday situations. For this purpose we have our own bus for training and for the camp this time we also hire a mobile discotheque for the teenagers.

With our self-defence programme for children and teenagers, children as young as 4 years old can learn to get themselves out of dangerous situations. It is especially important for the youngest participants to recognise dangerous situations. We teach the children that the safest form of self-protection is escape. With a lot of fun and the right training, children learn how to defend themselves in an emergency.
