Training times during the holidays!

From Monday 02.10. our training schedule will be changed to autumn!
This means for the kiddies and the kids that they can learn from each other again together in a group.
And the teenagers can show what they can do with the adults during the holidays!

Training will not take place during the autumn holidays due to hall closures:
Bergisch Gladbach – here the first training after the holidays will take place on 18.10.
Brühl – here the first training after the holidays will take place on 21.10.

The kiddies and kids groups will be combined as in summer and will start at all locations at 17:15 – 18:00.
The teenagers will train together with the adults from 18:30 – 20:00.

Remember! If the weather is nice, we will go outside with you! So always have outdoor shoes with you.

From Monday 16.10. the training will take place again as usual.
