CHANGED TRAINING TIMES BETWEEN THE HOLIDAYS

Between Christmas and New Year we are recharging our batteries, so we will be back for you on 3 January!

There will be no training at the following locations during the holidays due to hall closures:

Düsseldorf –  first training 08.01.2024!
Bergisch Gl. –  first training 10.01.2024!
Brühl – first training 13.01.2024!
Bonn Beuel – first training 06.01.2024!

The first training sessions in 2024 will take place as follows:

Sankt Augustin 03.01.:
17:15 – 18:00 h Kiddies/Kids
18:30 – 20:00 h Teens/Adults

Köln Ehrenfeld 04.01.:
17:15 – 18:00 h Kiddies/Kids
18:30 – 20:00 h Teens/Adults

Sankt Augustin 05.01.:
18:30 – 20:00 h Adults

Bonn Beuel 06.01.:
13:30 – 15:00 h Adults
