Almost every day there are reports in the media of assaults on women. We receive more and more requests for effective self-defence for women at the Krav Maga Institute, because here the defences are practised not only against one, but also several attackers under artificial stress through intuitive reactions. The credo here is: “Always be a hard target! Flee or fight, never freeze! In this seminar, women learn to defend themselves “unfairly” according to all rules!<\/p>\n
The participants learn to<\/strong> The course is suitable for all women from the age of 18 (from the age of 16 accompanied by a parent or guardian or with a declaration of consent).
