Krav Maga Autumn Camp for Kids and Teens from 10.10.-14.10.2022<\/h1>\n

Autumn holidays – Self-defence camp for kids and teens<\/strong><\/p>\n

Also in the next autumn holidays we start into the dark season with a Krav Maga Camp for kids from 5 years on.<\/p>\n

We will take the little participants back to the school bus for efficient situation training – what do you do when you are approached by peers or harassed by older ones…Self-assertion and a strong appearance are the top priorities here!
\nFor the teenagers we have a mobile discotheque. Here they learn, for example, what to do if someone becomes pushy or even aggressive at a party.
\nThe camp is suitable for newcomers and also for experienced kids and teenagers. In 5 days, the kids and teenagers learn all the important principles of self-defence as well as de-escalation and deepen the content they have already learned.
\nOn the last day of the camp we would like to invite the parents to be present and experience the progress of their children!
\nAs in each of our camps, there is a so-called Krav Maga level test on the last day. Here the children can put their own level of knowledge to the test – earned and not given – is the programme here!<\/p>\n

The modern self-assertion lessons for children from the age of 4 teach a healthy self-assessment of one’s own abilities. The aim is to strengthen self-confidence and teach behavioural patterns for conflict management! Precisely because the focus is on fun, your child improves their own safety, coordination and physical fitness through play. This not only strengthens attention, but also self-confidence! Krav Maga is always about prevention. We therefore teach your child above all to avoid physical confrontations and conflicts and to appear self-confident.<\/p>\n
