“Martial arts or Krav Maga!? I asked myself this question and decided to train Krav Maga in Cologne. The reasons that led to this: No martial arts training, but self-defense! In martial arts one usually trains to participate in controlled competitions. On the street, however, there is no competition and it is not about being a winner, but about controlling the threatening or even aggressive situation – as far as possible – and getting it over with quickly. Martial arts has nothing to do with self-defense and that is exactly what I want to teach in training and as an instructor”.<\/p>\n<\/div>
