Why Krav Maga? It uses the body’s own reflexes, is independent of the physical constitution and is really applicable “for everyone” from the first training session. The training does not only focus on technique, but also on tactical behaviour and the application of what has been learned in short drills. This way you learn to evaluate situations accordingly, to deal with them and to make a better decision between flight and fight in order to return home as unharmed as possible.
